I have been teaching for 38 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The children through those years have given me fulfillment in my job and I like to feel that every one has been treated as an individual.
I have been a Headteacher of three schools, Hundon Primary, Woodhall Primary and lastly Glemsford Primary. I have been headteacher of Glemsford for 16 years. I am really fortunate to have such a wonderful staff working with me. They make my role in the school so satisfying.
I have five children and five grandchildren. One of my favourite times of the day is very early in the morning when I take my two dogs, Jasper and Ben, out for a walk. It is quiet and I have plenty of time to think about all the things I will be doing during the day.
